Futureye may be used only for lawful educational, reflective, and personal learning purposes and in a way that does not violate third-party rights, platform rules, or product security controls.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your access to the service and for keeping credentials and access methods secure.

Futureye provides learning tools, symbolic study workflows, practice prompts, and informational outputs. It does not provide medical, legal, psychological, emergency, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for how you interpret and apply any educational content, and you should seek qualified professional support where appropriate.

All content, software, branding, interface systems, product visuals, and underlying product materials are owned by Futureye or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from protected materials except as expressly allowed by us in writing.

We may update, suspend, redesign, or discontinue parts of the product from time to time in order to improve quality, maintain security, or respond to operational needs.

We may also revise these terms. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futureye and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
