License Scope

Futureye grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software and related interfaces for your internal personal or business learning use, subject to these terms.

This license covers the hosted product experience, supporting documentation, interface components, and product updates that we make available through the service.

Usage Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source materials from Futureye except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

You may not use the product in a way that interferes with platform stability, security, availability, or the experience of other users.

Ownership

Futureye, its interface design, software logic, visual systems, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property remain the property of Futureye and its licensors.

Your use of the product does not transfer ownership of any software, models, learning methods, or presentation layers to you.

Updates and Availability

We may release updates, improvements, visual changes, or feature modifications over time. Some updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility, security, or product quality.

We may also suspend or limit access if maintenance, abuse prevention, or infrastructure protection requires it.

Termination

This license remains effective until terminated by you or by Futureye. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if use creates operational or legal risk.

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this EULA end immediately and you must stop using the affected software and services.
